Summary:

Breakups are hard because at some point we didn't show up in the best way. 

We either got with someone who we could feel was not a good fit for us, or when a situation came up we didn't fully address it. 

You learned the Easy Love Method:

• Clarity - in who you are and what you want
• Courage - to do what needs to be done 
• Confidence - in yourself and Allah

Many people are in the Stay Stuck Method:

• Flexible 
• Passive/Frantic 
• Doubt

HOMEWORK DAY 1

What were you lacking that lead to your breakup: Clarity, courage or confidence.

• What natural consequence did you face because of that?
• What did you do a result of that consequence?

Pray: Allah I am willing to see think DIFFERENTLY. Help me to shift my perspective so I can experience different results.

AFFIRMATIONS:

I choose to think thoughts that fill me with hope and optimism of Allah's mercy.

From where I am I can still get to where I want to go.

Someone wants to marry ME, I am safe to be ME.

• Your test is can you believe in the love and marriage you want even if you haven't seen it.
• Marriage being written for you does not mean it will be easy or that you will not have to put in the work to create it to be the way you want.

What is your plan to build your clarity, confidence and courage?

Pray: Oh Allah guide me to fully internalize that there is no true reason I cannot have the love and marriage I want. Bless me to implement a plan that constantly builds my faith and positive story.
